My Knight, My Love

Last night beneath a star filled sky of deepest blue, did you hear the gentle rustling of your tent, moving softly in the coolness of the desert's breeze; like the sails of a ship at sea?

Was it a dream or was it real? For I slipped barefoot quietly past the guards and they did not see me...

I came to you in the moonlight and stood there in awe and silence watching you, my knight, my prince; your chest rising and falling with each breath.I am longing to be near you while you dream of great battles won and lost. I wonder do you ever dream of me. For I stood there in the moon's bright light, silhouetting my nakedness beneath the sheerness of my gown; shafts of light causing shadows where they fell and illuminating your sword and shield which will protect you in battle when the sun does rise..

Did you feel the warmth of me as I brushed against you ever so gently and softly kissed your sweet mouth, for a moment you stirred but I dared not wake you for tomorrow you will need all of your strength. I just wanted to see you once more my love and know that you were safe; but if you had woken and asked I would have stayed with you until the dawn.
For my heart is always full when you are by my side...

well /t. you were probably too busy dreaming of BBQ'd lamb, besides that you have a lovely wife, you dont have to make-believe. :) <3
I was hoping you would give me a little feedback on my creativity.

you do seem to enjoy the romantic, the chivalrous... and you have quite a way with language!

do they talk English in Austria(sic)?

;-)

yes Pete I am a hopeless romantic, I look for the good in everyone and the beauty around me.
Yes I do speak English :) but not that awful nasal, twangy accent that is portrayed in movies. <3 xoxox

Were you to show up at my tent like that, I would postpone the battle to a later date.

Yes my love I cant imagine you sleeping through an opportunity like that and by the time I was finished with you the battle would have to be postponed because you would be exhausted. ;) <3 <3 <3
