A Pear Tree From Another Orchard

This is a painting by a very talented artist Berry Connell, known to us all as 'Boneman' or 'Boney' as I like to call him...he is very special to me and I hope I can call him 'friend'.

I wish my image was larger so that you could see more detail of the greens, the variation of the colour of the grasses, the background, all of which I find beautiful...I think it should be hanging in an art gallery, it is as good and as befitting as any works I've seen.

I believe this is a pear tree which grows in the orchard where he lives in Indiana; so here is the painting I was talking about Boney, I believe the pears are very hard but the fruit makes a wonderful pie.

Yes dear Lil Lamb Boney is an exceptional artist so much talent...I really love this painting, it has an inviting feel to it, somewhere I would like to explore more, beyond the tree. ♡

two years older, that tree from the one I have posted.
And, yes. Sold many years back....I think for $45.

Dang Boney,
what a shame for me that it is sold as I think it is really beautiful...
missed out again but at least I have this picture to look at and admire. ♡

Foamie dear I think it is a lovely painting as well... and though too much praise doesn't sit well with Boney I think his works are as good as any I've seen in galleries. ♡

thanks for the St. Pat's wishes! I stayed in and had a few pints of the Beamish, County Cork's answer to Guinness!

Pete my dear you are most welcome.
Beamish? I haven't heard of that one.
I had to go into the city yesterday on business, the 17th here, saw a few people in funny hats and plenty of folks celebrating at the Irish pubs, I believe there will be a big celebration and concert at the weekend. ♡

Si, la calidad no es la mejor para apreciar la pintura pero se intuye que es una pintura cargada de naturalidad... Besos.

Yes, the quality is not better to appreciate the painting but we sense that a painting is full of natural ... Besos.

Thank you dear Leovi , yes this is one of my favourite paintings by this artist, I love the natural colours of the many greens he has used in the foliage, grasses and the background.

Saludos xoxoxo ♡

Gracias querida Leovi , sí esta es una de mis pinturas favoritas de este artista, me encantan los colores naturales de los greens muchas utilizados en el follaje, las hierbas y el fondo.
