One Door Closes...Another Opens... Time for a Breath of Fresh Air

I would like to thank you, all of my friends who have been here for me and offered me support and good advice over the last couple of days...I am sorry you have been dragged into this unfortunate mess, which for want of a better word has turned into a soap opera both here and at Time Flies Like An Arrow... ♥

We, all, will be in graveyards soon. This yearning to help others understand their misunderstandings; it matters little. Men & communication go together like cats & dogs; the more they're pushed together, the more they fight. Men prefer words of appreciation, rather than communication. Go for a walk Dianne & breathe again. You don't need anyone but yourself to do that.

I will be in the trees. C.B.

Thank you my dearest C.B.

You always sense when I am in trouble and when I am hurting, thank you so much for coming here with your kind words; why aren't there more men like you?
I hope that you are well and are happy?

I have given words of appreciation, encouragement and praise, I have given my words of affection, I don't know what else I could have done for him...it seems they are not enough and yet what I have said is too much, I think I bring out something in him that frightens him, I think I make him 'feel' and he does not want that.

Yes I did walk this evening, the air was cool and sweet and as I reflected on the events of the last days I sighed, wiped away my tears and did take a few deep breaths...

I listened to the birds settling for the evening, saw the last rays of the sun illuminate the trees in a golden hue as it started to set. I watched the colour of the sky as it changed from gold to orange to dark when the sun disappeared from view.

You will always be with me in the trees, when I hear the breeze stir the leaves I always think of you my friend and look in the hope that you might be there. ♡ xo

Good morning to you my sweet chickory ...

well its about 11.30pm here but your day is just beginning and lets hope it is a lovely day, I'm sure it will be where you are amongst all of that nature and beauty...yes there is so much to be thankful for, I found that out this evening on my walk at dusk. xo ♡

dianne said...

Yes my sweet Shwet

the world is a beautiful place, I realised that this evening when I went for a walk, I needed some peace and some time to think, some of the sadness was lifted from my heart and when I looked around me I could see that I have so much to be thankful for.
You take care too my dear friend, thinking of you, love Dianne xo ♡

Wow, I missed most of the drama this summer! I am sorry that you are having a tough time. Relationships are tough (whether romantic or just friends)long distance... then add in the public forum... very ambiguous and lots of misscommunications and reading too much or too little between the lines.

I think a you are smart for stepping away for a bit. Time seems to do wonders for perspective.

For as long as I have known you, I have been able to tell that you are a kind soul. Probably too kind for your own good.

Chin up and keep the faith, your closing the door will lead to another to be open.

LOL /t! You are too much.

Laugh my dear Diane- laugh...find something funny and laugh until your sides hurt- and then go for a good long walk- it clears the cobwebs from the mind.
Your words, your heart, your smile are a gift to the world...
keep sharing it!

Hugs and love to you on this beautiful day <3

Life is too short for drama, love. Take a deep breath, smile, and walk through that new doorway... we'll all be there waiting for you :) xo

dianne said...

Thanks dear Helene

you sure did miss some of the drama this Summer, drama we could have all done without.
Yes it has all been too public and though we have had our misunderstandings Boney is and always will be a good person... thats why I cared so much and why I felt so hurt...its sad to lose a friend.

I am closing the door on some of my old ways, I set myself up for these disappointments, its about time I let go of some of my romantic notions and got back to reality...but it is difficult to change one's nature and thanks Helene I really am a kind soul.

Yes dear chin up and move forward and get on with life. ♡ xo

Lol dear /t.

you are quite the comedian...no its not 'ragweed' it is called 'helichrysum' and it does look beautiful growing in a meadow or a garden, of course I love the yellow.

I try not to put plants on here that cause hayfever. ♡ xo

How on earth are you channeling Boneman?
You're having better luck with getting in touch with him than I am. :(

dianne said...

Thank you sweet Mayden

What a lovely thing for you to say, though I think there are a few people who might not share your opinion of me...but still I try to share my heart, my smile and share my words in the hope that they may make many aware of the beauty there is to be found around us...just like you do...

A laugh and a walk are a great idea for clearing ones thoughts and putting life into perspective.

Yes that /t. is a very funny fellow.

Hugs and love to you, I hope you are feeling happier now. xo ♡

You are most welcome sweet Shwet
Dont rush your decision, take your time and decide on what you want from this.

I am very happy to join your blog, that piece you wrote on 'The Privilege' was truly beautiful and very moving, it could be perceived in many ways,it brought tears to my eyes... you are a great writer.
Take care too and love
Dianne xo ♡

Yes dearest Foamy

my friend, I will take in a deep breath and I won't forget to exhale...I think that was a movie 'Waiting to Exhale'...that's how I feel, I have been holding my breath for so long I have forgotten how to breathe...
I have to change and not take life so seriously, I need to let go of some of my romantic ideas...

Well here is a bit of humour for you my friend...I love to have you come over here and visit me but I cant guarantee that it will be 'A Pollen Free Zone' :-)...just look at all of the flowers here...achew!
and yes we can lay on a blanket in that field and relax in the sunshine and shake pollen all over /t. achew! xo ♡

dianne said...

Thanks dearest Diane

yes life is too short and time does pass very quickly, its about time I changed my ways, I always set myself up for disappointment by expecting too much from the other person, one day maybe I will find someone who doesnt have to force themself to love me, someone who will find it comes naturally.
Thanks I am looking forward to passing through that doorway and meeting you all there. xo ♡

Btw, I have a new post up about the US health care debate. If you care to read 1000 words.

Cheers.

Hello Phossy dear

I'm sorry to hear that, my life is like that too, a revolving door and I'm stuck, I'm chasing rainbows that aren't there...
thanks for stopping by, I hope some things have improved for you. ♡
