This is azalea 'Alba Magnifica', in my front garden this afternoon after some heavy rain. It has a lovely soft fragrance; I wanted to capture this photo as the rain will be back and it damages the petals. Its not a great image as the photo was taken with my cell phone camera.

what
a beautiful
front yard you must have
i love lightly scented flowers -- here we have (lots of) lilac bushes that bloom in late june and scent the evening air -- very nice

Lilacs are lovely, I had one growing in the garden of my house where I lived many years ago. haven't had any success with one here.
My front garden is pretty, I have more white azaleas, many varieties of gardenia, a white flowering coastal tea-tree,lemon scented tea-tree, star jasmine which has a subtle fragrance. Mostly white flowers with a subtle touch of blue, lavender and yellow flowers. :) <3
Ironically, from a distance the toilet paper (that gets regularly strewn) in my tree tends to look even more azalea-like after a decent downpour. Plus it really brings out the artificial scent.
Who would throw toilet paper in your tree my sweet?
No artificial scent in my azaleas, the fragrance is heavenly. :) xoxo
