First off, I never named anyone, only stated my opinion on 'someone'
you put out a great howl, i felt bad about it and pulled it.
now you're complaining about that?
Your nails must mean a lot to you, if you don't mind me pointing that out. Besides that you wrote me about some kind of danged 'poll' after knowing I took it off (for your benefit) I look at your 'blogroll' and see that you still have "get your own blog" on there....when the blog doesn't exist.
That's called 'martyr'
And as for losing my temper, I'm immune to you now. I'm glad I came back to see this.
If you need the request, then please take me off your sidebar altogether You'll be happier I'll be happier everyone can be happier
Boney, why are you trying to make me feel guilty for something you have done?..so you removed the post, it should never have been written in the first place...it was spiteful and quite a few people knew the 'someone' was me. You had already said you had 'offed' your blogs because the 'dame from Australia' had pissed you off in a comment over at Pete's. So was I supposed to listen to all those things you were saying about me and say nothing in my own defense?
I don't know what transpired here. Frankly, I don't care to know. It IS bad form to post/comment negativity about another blogger. So whomever did it first: shame on you.
Conversely, only a fool would believe - at face value - anything they read here in blogland, in the first place. I NEVER let another being (human, canine, etc.) exclusively determine what I should think.
This should be a place for fun, and/or expressing one's thoughts/ideas/musings/creativity.
Now I am willing to admit that there have been times when I've been "irritated" by another blogger. But I did NOT blast them. I simply and quietly withdrew in certain ways, to maintain some distance.
Blogging DOES easily present the illusion that we truly know each other without ever having met and interacted in person, over a long period of time. This is simply not true, and we need to always be cognizant of it. I refuse to be offended or hurt by someone whom I truly do NOT know (or in this case, "see" them only through their blogging).
Now what I am about to write is just my opinion. Take it or leave it. I suggest that you BOTH delete your links to each other, and also delete posts referencing this conflict. Let this pass quietly - no jabs, no statements in defense. Continue your blogs in your particular styles and appreciate those who do visit them.
diane, ive been awol...looks like i picked a great time to be off blog. but i just dropped by to see how your new blog was progressing. i agree with pug i dont wanna know what happened. you stick with your lovely photos and insightful poetry. blogging is YOUR creative space. its spossed to be fun.
Thanks K9 lovely to see you, yes it has been fun but I'm thinking of pulling the plug, not out of temper mind you as I dont have one; out of disillusionment thats all. Where have you been, painting that beautiful calendar I guess, I love the September page, 'the 12 labors of Hercules', you are such a great artist. :) xoxox
Puggles my dear, thank you, I thought I had already replied to your comment but I'm a little upset this evening and confused.
