I think Obama will make a wonderful President, time for some hope and new ideas, he's a breath of fresh air. :)
you should be very grateful, cause if palin had become vice president i would have packed up my family and we would have all moved to australia and lived in your backyard. we can be an annoyingly loud bunch..
After the abject misery of the last two elections (OK, electing GWB may have been an accident, but re-electing him?) it was nice to have such a feel good result. I must confess I shed a tear or two for the emotion of it all. And he's not even my leader.
My dearest Foamie , you would have been welcome, I could have put you all up in the house, no need to live in the backyard. :)
I think one of the noisiest people I've heard lately is Palin, I know she has to get her point across, but please not so loud. :)
We are all happy with the Obama win here, I have a feeling he is going to be a great President and for a politician he seems like he has some integrity. :) ♥ xoxox
Yes dear Lee , it was a feel good result. I could only catch part of his acceptance speech but it was moving, it was refreshing to see black and white faces united in the crowd with tears of joy in their eyes.
As I've said before I think he has integrity and I am hopeful that he will make a big difference to the future of America and the world. :) ♥ xoxox
