Some Flowers for my friend /t.

I picked these flowers for a dear friend of mine last Saturday, which, incidently was the only sunny day we have had here for quite a while; it is raining again today.
Since you have requested some Summer flower pics and some of my Summer garden dear /t., I thought you might enjoy these too. I hope the warm colours will brighten up the white of your Winter landscape.
The flowers are a new gerbera daisy, the petals are two-toned, yellow near the flower centre and changing to orange towards the tips; a flower from my grevillea which is called 'Peaches and Cream' and some flowers from Clivia Nobilis which are bell shaped, orange, with yellow tips. Enjoy! :-)

These are gorgeous, Dianne! The two shades of colours compliment one another beautifully! My feet are cold right now and these flowers are tricking my brain into thinking warmth is on the way he he! We've been below the freezing mark these last couple of nights, in the desert.

Thanks for sharing the beauty and warmth of your summer :) ♥

Thank you Fiona dear, yes these flowers are lovely and the colours do have a warmth to them ... I am pleased that you could feel their warmth and you liked them.

thank you, dianne,
they're beautiful, and cheering
my winter white landscape as promised

i should haxe warned you that i prefer the plastic variety, any of the poisonous oak or ivy types, or any that catch live small mammals, such as pugs -- still, these are very nice (as are you, friend) and thank you again for thinking of me <3

Thank you for posting this gorgeous and magical image! I could use some magic today. :)

Thank you Pugsley my sweet, but if you had warned me about /t.'s choice in flowers, I still would have posted these. I do have some plastic cacti which look very real and some yellow poppies made from a silky material but no poisonous oak or ivy and no carniverous plants. I hope you stay away from the ivy and the oak as I don't want you getting any rashes of being poisoned?
Take care my little friend.

You are most welcome dear /t.,when I saw your white Winter landscape I thought that a little warmth from these bright flowers would make a colourful contrast.
Thank you, I am so pleased that you liked them.
I would never have thought you would like plastic flowers as I have seen some pretty marigolds that you once posted, another favourite flower of mine.
If you have a carniverous plant then small mammals and pugs should beware! :-)
