I have read the book 'One Day'. on which the movie is based. Havent seen the movie yet, but the music is beautiful.
I remember a line from the book, where the guy says to the girl - '...and if I could give you just one gift ever for the rest of your life it would be this. Confidence. It would be the gift of confidence. Either that or a scented candle'
I like this line.

Amiga poeta,la foto con el paño rojo la conseguí en una casa de campo,cuya paared estaba un poco
ajada,en ella habia un florero,solamente se me ocurrió poner un paño de otro color para ver la ddiferenci dek blanco de la cal.
por cierto la pared estaba un poco estropeada.
La poesia forma parta de tus sentimientos,ella és la que siempre estará dentro de tus sentimiemtos.
