Haiku Monday : Treasure

Dew drops suspended

On a trapeze of cobwebs
Sparkling morning light

Golden memories
Of sun shining through the leaves
Cathedral of trees

On my window sill
Treasured blooms from my garden
Transient beauty

Forest trails of green
Golden light through canopy
Shines to light my path

My dear friend chickory is running her Monday haiku competition and the meme for this week is 'Treasure'. We all find treasure in different things, mine I find in the beauty and wonder that nature gives us...nature in her many manifestations.
A special thank you to all who voted for me.
Voting is now completed and Anya from Aspects of Life was the worthy winner. Congratulations Anya!

Thank you dear chickory , second place is fine, I was surprised that I made it to the final. I liked Anya's haiku and Curmey's and in the first round I decided to vote for Curmey, I didn't vote for myself in the final either.
I am pleased that you liked my haiku and the images I have chosen here.
Love you too sweet girl!

Amiga Dianne.

Thank you dear Lee for your kind words.
Haiku are less complicated than many of the other forms of poetry, especially those that your close friend J Cosmo writes. :)

Wow! Haikus.
You're a real Shogun with a pen.
They all seem to carry a sponteneous execution. A log silence and then all in a single single stroke the hara leaps into the air summoning its magic!

Really awesome,Dianne!!

The last picture is so much like the woods i walk.
