Happy New Years Eve

Happy New Years Eve to all of my friends , whether you celebrate this occasion by partying with family and friends, a quiet night at home, if like some of us you are alone or those who are fortunate enough to have someone special in their life to love and with whom to share a traditional kiss at midnight...whatever your plans have a lovely evening.
Blessings to you all for 2010, I hope the New Year brings you peace, good health and happiness... ♥

Dear Dianne, thanks for the greetings and may I wish the same to you, but I also wish you a year of less emotional stress, less battles online, and just loads of love and friendship from across the globe. What I wish for you more than anything else is that that special companion, that soul mate walks into your life this year, to share the happiness you deserve XXX

Thank you dear Glyn , you are very thoughful and that would have to be one of the best New Years wishes I have ever been given.
Yes, less emotional stress and there won't be any online battles because I have completely let that unfortunate incident in my life go.
I am more than happy to get on with life and stick with those friends who do care for me and are willing to share openly with me.
Thank you, that would be lovely, that special person, my soul mate, maybe, thought I had found him about three years ago, a Celtic knight and here in Sydney... but it was not meant to be, maybe someone new will come along, one can never be sure... XXX ♡

Thank you for your lovely wishes Foamy dear, it's all over here, just over an hour ago...watched the 9pm fireworks and the fireworks at midnight...lol, needless to say no fireworks going on here since I am on my own, but it was pleasant sitting outside for a while as it's quite warm here.
Mwah, there's a kiss for you too, I will gladly accept yours on my cheek, it's the only one I'm going to get.
Happy New Year,Foamy dear.
I hope you will be surrounded by the one's that you love and those who make you happy. xo ♡

Thanks dear HLiza
I didn't party either, had a quiet night, watched the fireworks on the television, tried to watch a French film on DVD which I have purchased but the format won't work on my player...sat outside in the cool and reflected on my life and very recent events...all in all a pretty disappointing night.
I do hope this is not going to be a reflection of the year ahead.
The best part of the evening was some messages from my friends and a couple of text sms, phone calls and e-mails.
Happy New Year to you, I hope you have a better year ahead dear friend. xo ♡

Thanks Phossy dear,
I would not believe that someone as responsible as you would do a thing like that, I do hope you had an enjoyable New Years Eve. :-)

Happy New Year to you too. xo ♡

I worked. Sure, I stayed out of trouble, but geez what a hangover!

dianne said...

I'm sorry you had to work my sweet but hey that has to be better than being alone, at least you were around people.
Good that you stayed out of trouble, lots of people didn't.
Sorry about the hangover, hope your head and tummy are feeling better now. xo ♡

Hi Dianne, could you contact me please on mail at leekennedy.id.au

I need to tell you a bit about Percy.

dianne said...

Thank you dear Lee, but I do not need to know any more about Sir Percy, no more than what he writes on his blog, just like the rest of my followers.
I only keep in contact with a couple of the girls and my friend in the UK, but that is very occasionally.
Nothing personal, but due to some negative experiences in the past I prefer to keep my e-mail address private...I hope you will understand, no offence is intended. xo ♡

OK, fair enough. Not the best venue but PBS is unlikely to find this here. That's why I used a post from last year. I just wanted to say that, just as he has inadvertently stepped on your toes wrt K9 etc, he too has weak spots. He is quite ill, terminally so, and spends much of the day in bed. I am concerned over the 3 day absence he has announced. In his other blog existance he deals with issues of faith and belief, a quite different persona to PBS; don't know why he is so abrasive at times. That's all. Didn't mean to offend. Certainly didn't want you to feel that you were being stalked or somehow threatened.

Gosh no Lee dear, I didn't feel like I was being stalked or threatened by you, I just like to keep my private life seperate from my blog, though you might find that difficult to believe after some of the things I have revealed in my posts. :)
No PBS hasn't stepped on my toes nor has he upset me I just thought it was all a part of the fun of the silly poetry scenario, and what he said to me was said in jest, I would never deliberately hurt someone, if I thought his insults were serious I would have just ignored them.
That is also why I have been speaking to him in a muddled kind of olde English; similar to the conversations I had with my friend Colonel Brandon, when he had his blog ... only he and I had very similar interersts and only exchanged pleasantries.
I'm sorry that PBS is so ill and if you looked at his blog I did say that I was sorry that he was feeling poorly and hoped that he would soon be well.
Thanks for telling me and don't worry my poem if I do rise to his challenge will not be sarcastic or rude to him in any way, in fact I really don't know what to write.
Thanks again, that is very sad for him.
Take care dear Lee and enjoy your time in Sydney. xoxo ♡

That's Ok I just felt things were getting a bit edgy. PSB especially so and Foam leaping to your defence. J Cosmo baits him unmercifully but they have a long association back to the last joust. Back in Melb now - unpacking, reading emails, sipping beer. Not necessarily in that order.

It's always so nice to come home after being away, I hope you are enjoying your beer.
I have written an apology to PBS which will not give anything away about the information you have given me, his Editor Hal, has now said twice to me that I have really hurt him, so I thought an apology was in order.
I feel so terrible now, I would not hurt anyone deliberately, I really thought it was all a silly game and none of my comments to him were said with any mailce, just in jest.
Have a good nights sleep, there is nothing so comfortable as your own bed and I'm very sure that Maragret will be happy to have you home. xoxo ♡
