Yet another landscape... 'Into the Wood' painted by Pierre-Auguste Renoir in 1877. This picture was scanned (my first scan with my new Christmas present scanner) from an art book which I bought when I attended the Renoir Art Exhibition at the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
It is not a good representation of the original painting which I saw at the exhibition, it was so beautiful...sadly the colours here are not vivid and there seems to be so much green missing from the palette. Unfortunately a photo will never show the true beauty of the painting... I have done an image search as well but could not find another copy which was more like the original.
Also I am having some technical difficulties with my music player, I have deleted it but for some reason the music is still playing, cant get it out of the system, so I apologise for the unwanted music; I will try to get it sorted tomorrow. Maybe you could help me /t. , I'm not having a good day at all. ♥
