Love Is A Whisper


Love is a whisper
I shall never hear from you
Those words will not
Pass through your lips
Spoken softly to me
In a disconnected silence
I wait for any words
And with pain in my heart
I know I wait in vain
I reach out to touch you
To take away the pain
But all I find is emptiness
A dark and lonely space
Love is a lonely place
When only one heart feels
A disconsolate silence
Where hopelessness is real ...

    Oh Pugsly , it is so sad when you reach out to someone and they ignore you. I am sorry that your boss is so unresponsive to your pleas, sadly I guess she does not love you my sweet and I have no answers that will help. :(

    Sim somos capazes de tantas coisas maravilhosas e em uma sociedade iluminada onde há justiça, liberdade, amor e incentivo que agora pode ser qualquer pessoa que desejar.
    Infelizmente, em sociedades podem hoje as mulheres ainda são maltratados, humilhados, seu destino é governado por homens e costumes ultrapassados​​. Eu não posso ver que há sempre será qualquer mudança em sua situação, enquanto eles são submetidos a leis antigas e hipocrisia religiosa feitas pela ignorância dos homens nesses países.
    Eu sou tão grata por ter a minha liberdade e escolhas.

    Lyrics are poetry set to music...
    perhaps our words have depth of feeling though we do not look alike. :)

    Love is a many splendored thing. It is also a word used far too often today to have the meaning it ought. For one who might feel that love means nothing anymore in this cruel world then one ought to think about what love can mean on a smaller level. Yesterday I noticed a small flower reaching out to God. God blesses such small things in a way only he can. The sun suddenly came out from behind a dull grey cloud and I was completely blinded by the brilliance of the dazzling yellow sun which now shone. When I looked around me, the sky had changed to a lovely blue and however hard I looked I could not find that grey cloud anymore. It had been blown from the horizon by a strong breath. I felt warmth through all of me. Standing there frozen in warmth as well as in awe at the power that had the ability to change things that I couldn't.

    Thank you dear Alexandre for your thoughtful words. Love is very special and pure love should be given the reverence it deserves, it should be cherished. I do not feel that love has no meaning anymore and the love that I feel is a beautiful thing and though it is not returned, I am blessed to feel this way. Yes, there is sadness and disappointment but there is also a lovely feeling of warmth and happiness, just like you felt when the dazzling sun came out from behind the grey clouds and you could not see them any more. There are so many things I cannot change, only God can do that but I can still find love on a smaller level. Yesterday you noticed a small flower, this morning I noticed a beautiful leaf on the grass before me, I picked it up and looked at the small miracle that it was, its colours, its textures, its fragrance. I kept it as a memory of how it made me feel. Feeling love can sustain us even if it is not returned, the sky is more blue, the flowers take on a new radiance, the birds sing more sweetly and so do the trees...
    all Gods creations.
