Across wind swept meadows
The grasses are

Sweet is the fragrance

The rush of the breeze
All around the colours
Are changing
Once so bright
Now shades of pale
The chill of Autumn
Is all enfolding
The warmth of summer
Now swept away
Soon the flowers

ReplyDeleteYes, I guess you don't have true seasons in tropical Sri Lanka.
I am fortunate where I live in Sydney which is not that far from the eastern coast, the weather is moderate compared to some countries, though our Summers are getting hotter. Since Australia is a large island continent there is a great variation in climate from State to State. I would love to experience the weather in the UK and Europe, where there is a marked difference between the Seasons. One day perhaps.

Pasear por la orilla del mar,pisar descalzo la arena,produce una gran paz.
