Meadow Dreaming

As my thoughts carry me
Over drifts of white flowers
I am in dreams of white spaces
And colours softened
Floating on the wings of the breeze
Its silence interrupted only
By the soft brush of foliage
The song of the meadow
Its fragrance pure
Petals uplifted and falling slowly
Like confetti streams
My heart enclosed ...
