A Memory for Valentine's Day



Whilst wandering through my memories
I came across this song
It meant so very much to me
In days that have now gone ...
Warm emotions stir within me
When I think of words we shared
Precious moments to remember
In them my happiness still lives on ...

    Thank you dearest Foamy , yes it is a lovely melody, also for your kind wishes, though today will be the same as any other for me, all I have left are memories.
    So little 'sweet pea', enjoy giving Mr Foam a kiss, it is so nice when you have someone to love. :)

    That is OK Pugsly my sweet, I wasn't expecting a Valentine from you or anyone else...but I did receive something lovely from a friend and it was completely unexpected.
    I do hope you are having a lovely Valentine's Day.
    I don't like those 'Secret Santa' gifts at Christmas, I always buy something special and end up with a gift that is cheap and nasty. :(

    Thank you dear Fiona , yes it is a beautiful, soothing piece of music which holds many sweet memories for me...yes when you are alone memories are all that you have left.
    I did have a pleasant day, I received a lovely message from a friend and another lovely surprise from another friend, so the day wasn't that bad after all.

    Thank you dear José for your kind words and the wonderful slide shows, so lovely the images. My friend in Spain kindly translated the text for me. The sentiment in both is beautiful, if there was more love, kindness and tolerance in the world it would be a much better place.

    Sí, querido amigo Juan , Europa tiene una arquitectura espectacular, tanto antigua como nueva. Mi país es aún muy joven y no tiene una larga historia de colonización de las culturas británicas y europeas.
