Do you know STEVE McDONALD , he makes fantastic celtic musik :) Thanks for posting my dear dianne ♥♥♥ and thank you so much for your lovely warm words in my blog. I feel your warm heart ♥ Light,L♥ve and KISSES
Oh thank you so much my dear ♥woman♥, I love this particular song, it is sooooo beautiful to me and it warms my heart ♥. I am so pleased that you like it too! I love Celtic music, it has a magic and soul which is rooted deeply in the legends of the ancients and especially the trees and forests of old. I love here on this video the image of the tree, which shows our connection with the Earth, it is secured in the soil by its celtic roots, it is the past, our life and our destiny. Yes I have heard Steve McDonald, I also love Enya, Loreena McKennitt and Celtic Woman and a few lesser know artists. :) Thank you for your lovely warm comment, I love visiting your blog it is such a beautiful place to be. Light, L♥ve and Kisses to you sweet friend. xoxoxo ♡
Dear /t. thank you, I would join you in a jig but I will pass on the haggis and throwing something heavy. :) Yes it is a delightful tune with some lovely celtic art, I found this on the playlist of a dear friends blog. That is what I love so much about blogging, I get to meet lovely people like yourself. I have so many wonderful friends and I learn so much from the communication and connections. It is like a journey of discovery with so many new roads to follow. I have yet to hear Loreena McKennitt's new album, I have myself found that some of her earler music is better. xoxoxo <3 ♡
Thanks Foamy dear for stopping by, I will leave you to rock out with Robbie Robertson, perhaps you will come back later! :) My weekend? It has been Ok, thanks.
Oh Puggles my sweet, I guess Celtic music is not your 'cup of tea' or should I say 'cup of mead', I guess a jig would be quite difficult for you with those cute, little legs ... but thanks for stopping by to comment. What genre of music do you like? :)
Thanks dear Leovi , I think it is beautiful too, so pleased that you enjoyed it. I have not heard of Wendall, I shall have to look for him on the Net. :) Besos xoxoxo ♡
Yes dear M , the Celtic people came from all over Europe, you probably have some Celtic ancestors yourself way back in your family tree. There is some interesting reading here; I have read a few books but this gives you a condensed view of their origins and the nations from where they came.
Yes Foamy dear it is a pretty tune and it is such a shame that it cuts off too soon at the end. I am going to try and buy the CD which is called 'Celtic Destiny' by Bruce Mitchell, though I cannot imagine that one person would play all of the musical instruments.
Dianne, Thats was great! Great gathering voices of the dancing warlords carried by the strong winds from the ocean blows into their celtic bagpipes, celebrating myths, Fairies, Angels....
Thank you dearest col yes it is amazing music that has been passed down through many generations of people from the Celtic nations, it is a musical voice of many, steeped in legend, myths and history.
